So, I am absolutely in love with this Steampunk jewelry designed by Cathy Baron. The designs range from rings and necklaces to hair combs and bracelets. The unique styles really fit into any wardrobe, adding the perfect bit of extra flair that will get people asking “Where did you get that, I love it!”. I am a very lucky girl and already own one of her necklaces, which is one of my favorite pieces of jewelry. So, please check out her Etsy site and tell all of your friends! You can find her shop at:

I’ve always wanted to do some vintage photo shoots and can’t wait to get this project going soon. Luckily, I have the help of a very talented photographer, Miss Rachel Reagan, who is excited to join me in this. I am so excited to get this project going! Here are some photos I have run across that I love. I would really like to do a vintage bridal shoot also.
I have always loved vintage items and as I’ve grown older have really come to appreciate them even more. Here are some of the things I am going to be looking for in my searches…
Vintage Yarn Art
This peacock art is AMAZING! I would love to find a kit to make one of these.
I would love to have a collection as grand as this someday! My fiance and I have started one that is pretty great so far, I can’t wait to add to it!
Vintage Christmas Deco
We have a pretty good collection going and found some really awesome stuff at flea markets this Christmas. So exciting!
Vintage Blow Molds – All seasons
I don’t know how many of these I will find in California, but the Midwest has a plethora of them in every neighborhood at Christmas!
Well, that’s all for now. I will be scouring flea markets, estate sales, garage sales and Etsy as much as I can. Half of the fun is in the hunt! =)
This blog will be dedicated to everything I love; people, places, things, etc. This year I am focusing on starting my business, buying and selling vintage items and selling my crafts on Etsy. I will be using this blog mainly as a resource to show off my vintage shopping finds and my craft projects, both of which I am extremely excited about. I am finally going to give my creative mind complete control and just see where it takes me, needless to say, it should be interesting! If you are a lover of vintage and crafting, or just want to keep up with what I’m up to, thanks for stopping by. Please check back often, you never know what I might find or create!
